Our walking tours continue in light rain or overcast conditions, and we recommend dressing accordingly with layers and waterproof clothing. If the weather becomes truly unsafe (such as a storm or extreme conditions), we’ll contact you and offer an alternative time or a full refund. But in most cases, we walk - rain or shine.

Yes, we strongly recommend booking your tour in advance through our booking platform or via Viator. All availability is managed through those systems, and once a tour is full, we unfortunately can’t add extra spots. Walk-ins or last-minute messages won’t guarantee a place, so it’s best to secure your booking early - especially during busy periods like weekends or the summer season.

Yes, children are very welcome on our tours. The pace is relaxed and there’s plenty to keep young visitors engaged, from fun facts and legends to colourful streets and open spaces. If you’re travelling with small children or a pushchair, let us know in advance and we’ll tailor the route accordingly to make sure it’s accessible and enjoyable for the whole family.

We keep our groups small on purpose - usually between 6 and 10 people. This allows for a more personal experience, where you can hear the guide clearly, ask questions comfortably, and enjoy the tour without feeling rushed or crowded. If you prefer a completely private experience, we also offer private bookings.
